What‘s new

• Accounts & User Access Management
  The Accounts module has been enhanced to provide better visibility into supplier accounts and improved user access management through a more structured role hierarchy.User Roles & Permissions
  Please note that Account Admins and Account Users are restricted to a single assigned supplier account.

  Role	Scope	Permissions
  System Admin	External & Internal	Full administrative privileges, including editing and user invitations.
  System User	External & Internal	Global read access with the ability to invite new users.
  Account Admin	External	Administrative access for a specific account; manages properties, credentials, and sub-user access.
  Account User	External	Read-only access restricted to the assigned account.

Improvements

• Bulk Import for Pending Mappings
  Suppliers can now export mappings with a Pendingstatus, update them in Excel, and bulk re-import the results into Content Solutions for faster mapping management.
  • Data Integrity: To avoid unintended overwrites, records currently in Enabled or Paused status will be automatically skipped during import processing.
  • Validation Requirements: Every record must contain all mandatory fields. Incomplete rows will result in a processing error for that specific entry.
  • File Constraints: The maximum supported file size for imports is 10 MB.
  • Reporting: Upon completion, the system will generate a summary report detailing the total count of successful updates and failed entries.
