This guide explains how to view Image Richness Scores and AI-suggested improvements to help suppliers enhance the visual diversity and quality of their property images.

What is the Image Richness Score?

The Image Richness Score is a percentage displayed for each property category. It measures the visual diversity and quality of images assigned to that category.

• A higher score (closer to 100%) indicates clear, well-composed, and varied images that effectively represent the category.
• A lower score indicates issues such as blurred, repetitive, irrelevant, or poorly framed images.
  
  

How to Check Richness Scores and AI Recommendations

Step 1. View Richness Scores

1. Navigate to: Categories → Multimedia
2. Select your supplier.
3. The Image Richness Score will be displayed as a percentage for each hotel category.
   

Note: Richness score is now currently available for the supplier UNIVERSAL only.

Step 2. Check Detailed Insights for Low Scores

1. Click the percentage score for any category with a score under 100%.
2. A gallery will open showing:
   • Property Code & Property Name
   • Number of Images (click the number to view images)
   • AI-suggested recommendations for improving richness (e.g., adding variety, missing front desk/reception)
     

Step 3. View Image Details

1. Click  the Number of Images column
2. You can see:
   • Direct URL of the image
   • A larger view of the image
